Tadafusa Gyuto 210mm 

The Tadafusa Gyuto by Chef’s Blade is a versatile chef’s knife, crafted for precision and balance. Featuring a 210mm SLD steel core with a stainless Kurouchi Tsuchime cladding, it offers excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and a stunning hand-forged finish. The double bevel blade tapers to a fine edge, while the 48mm heel height and 4mm spine ensure strength and control.

Fitted with an elegant octagonal Bocote wood handle, the knife sits comfortably in hand, offering both beauty and grip. With a hardness of ~61 HRC, this Gyuto delivers professional-level performance for any serious cook.
