We understand that shopping online can sometimes make it hard to see exactly what a product looks like in real life. Colour, finish, or feel might differ slightly from what you expected. Or maybe you’re simply not completely happy with your purchase.
When you place an order with us, we assume you’ve considered your choice carefully, but we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you had in mind. That’s why we offer you the option to return your product within 14 days of purchase. A handling fee applies. For a successful return, you’ll receive your purchase amount back minus this fee. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Return Period
Is your product still in its original packaging and unopened after the 14-day return period? Let us know in time. You may still return the item and will receive a refund of your purchase amount minus the handling fee.
How to Return Your Product
If you wish to return your Chefs Blade knife, please contact us with your order number and return request. We will provide you with our return instructions after confirming your request.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return package, our returns department will inspect it according to the conditions listed below. If your return is approved, we will refund your amount minus the handling fee within 14 days.
Return Conditions
We’re happy to assist you with your return, but please keep the following conditions in mind:

The product must be undamaged, unused, and unassembled.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, which should be unmarked and not severely damaged.

The packaging must be complete, including plastic wrapping, manuals, small bags, and foam inserts.

The box must be securely closed with clear tape.

The product must be properly protected to prevent damage during transport.
